From November 5 to 10, 2024, Benda makes a strong return to EICMA 2024, showcasing an impressive range of two-wheeled vehicles and the four-wheel category. This year marks our first press conference at EICMA, held on November 5. Benda’s Design Director and General Manager of the Germany office, Libo Liu, presented the brand to the world. As Libo noted, “Many of you may already know about us from the LFC700 and Dark Flag 500. But maybe not yet too much about Benda as a brand.”
Through the press conference, we introduced our new slogan, “Unleash the Ride,” to the global media and public. Libo explained that the slogan embodies Benda’s belief that “there is hidden power within each of us. We encourage our employees and our customers to open up their mind, be creative, be inspiring, and unleash that hidden power inside themselves.
In addition to this new brand culture, Benda is spotlighting the improved ATVs of the Redstone series at EICMA 2024. “With a dream into the future mobility, as well as the knowledge and experience we’ve been gathering in design, engineering and manufacturing, we are now entering the 4 wheel territory, and expanding our product portfolio into the global Powersport industry,” Libo added.
The Redstone series redefines the off-road experience with its futuristic designs, distinctly unique among other market options. The name “Redstone” was inspired by the first manned space project, reflecting Benda’s vision—to unleash the future of riding, transforming every journey into a thrill of commanding performance and limitless potential. Benda’s proprietary V-twin engine, producing 48 horsepower, provides greater low-rev torque than the single-cylinder engines typically used in other ATVs.
Besides off-road vehicles, the soon-to-launch Napoleonbob250 in Europe and the upcoming Chinchilla350 with Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) system, both showcase at EICMA 2024 and are especially popular. Napoleonbob250 reflects Benda’s authentic design ethos, embodying a true Bobber aesthetic with its low seat and streamlined frame, providing a relaxed and secure riding posture. Meanwhile, the CVT on the Chinchilla350 offers a significant advantage for riders seeking ease of use, particularly those transitioning from electric scooters or new to motorcycles. Unlike DCT (Dual-Clutch Transmission) or AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) systems that may have limitations, CVT allows continuous, seamless power transfer, avoiding the abrupt shifting typically felt in manual transmissions. With advances in automotive-grade materials, Benda has successfully implemented CVT for mid-to-large displacement motorcycles, making Chinchilla350 an ideal choice for a smooth, comfortable ride.
Our showcase at EICMA 2024 highlights Benda’s youthful and daring spirit, underscoring our commitment to global expansion. As Libo explained the meaning of Benda’s Chinese name, “奔 (Ben) means ‘running,’ while 达 (Da) means ‘arriving and achieving the goal.’” In essence, Benda embodies a company that dares to innovate—and goes further, daring to carry innovation all the way through to production.
